Our Mission

Suicide rates in Kenya have steadily risen since 2020, creating serious concern. The media is often filled with stories of individuals taking their lives or harming themselves.

While the government has taken action through the Suicide Prevention Strategic Plan (2021-2026), we believe more needs to be done. By increasing awareness of mental and emotional health, we can help reduce stigma and encourage individuals to seek help.

This project aims to develop a self-care toolkit that offers practical solutions for those unable to access traditional mental health services. This will help improve their mental and emotional well-being.

Projects run from November to December 2024, targeting support for the youth of Kenya.
